Tenants Compliance

According to standard property renting procedures in the UAE, you will be requested to submit a copy of your valid passport, UAE visa and Emirates ID or company trade license if tenancy contract will be under a Company name.

Official Quotation

Once your interest has been confirmed, and paperwork collected, our agent will provide you with an official quotation detailing payment amount, and other relevant terms and conditions associated with the selected property.

Offer Acceptance

Upon acceptance of the offer, payment must be settled and then we can agree on an official moving-in date. Following this, the tenancy contracted will be prepared and signed by both parties.

Property Handover

The most important moment – handing over of keys and access cards to you, by your property consultant. The moving-in may officially begin!

DEWA Application

As the finish line nears, one of the final steps involved in your settling into your new property is the connection of core utilities such as electricity, water, etc. through Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) or District Cooling.
